Job Description

The Back Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant processing of operational activities, supporting excellent customer service, maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

  • Processing new client forms in the system.
  • Attending walk-in, telephone and online client queries.
  • Instruction receipting & first line validation of incoming client instructions and ensuring clients have submitted necessary documentation for transactions.
  • Managing pending investments as well as new client follow-ups on issues raised.
  • Ensuring distribution of all client communication timeously.

Following up on walk in clients’ queries and Branch queries as well.
